A Player Manager or a Team Manager can add a player photo once a player is claimed. The team player photo will be displayed during your livestreams (when the player is involved in a play), giving it a more personalized feel. Player photos should feature only the individual player—not a group photo. For best results, use a clear, close-up image of the player.

Team player photos and player profile photos are now managed separately.

When a team manager uploads a new photo to the team page, it will not replace the player’s page profile photo.
Updating a player’s page profile photo from the player page will not update the image on any team pages.
Only claimed players can have a player photo uploaded

To update each image:

Player page profile photo must be uploaded by the player manager from the player page using the pencil icon or the player settings by pressing edit next to the player on your home page.
Team/player card photo displayed in the stream must be uploaded by the team manager from the roster page.

Adding a Player Photo as a Player Manager:

Login to your sidelineHD Account
Select your Player's Profile Card
Select the Pencil Icon in the top right hand corner
Select Add Profile Picture
Select where you'd like to import the photo from
- Photo Library
- Take Photo or Video
- Choose File
Add the photo you would like
Select Save

Why is my new uploaded profile picture not displaying on all my team pages?

You can now have a separate team-specific photo for each team. The team manager has to upload the image from the roster tab. Updating your player profile image will not update the image across all your teams

Adding a Player Photo as a Team Manager:

Login to your sidelineHD Account
Select the Team Card of the team the player is on
Select Roster
Select the Edit on the right side of the players name
Select Change Image
Select where you'd like to import the photo from
1. Photo Library
2. Take Photo or Video
3. Choose File
Add the photo you would like, crop as needed
Select Save

SLHD TIP:

Player photos uploaded by the team manager only update the image on the team you are uploading the image for. It will not replace their current player profile page image or update the image on all their teams.

Photo Dimensions Should Be Greater than 100 x 100 Pixels and smaller than 4000 x 4000 pixels. Images cannot be greater than 2MB. Player photos should feature only the individual player—not a group photo. For best results, use a clear, close-up image of the player.

This will be a public facing photo that will show on the team roster page, clips and streams
