Stalker Sport Integration

Adding LIVE velo feeds from Stalker Sport:

What you will need

• A Stalker Sport Radar Gun with Bluetooth connectivity
  • The Stalker Pro II+ supports pitched velocity and exit velocity
  • The Stalker Pro IIs supports pitched velocity, exit velocity and spin rate
• The Stalker Sport Radar App for iOS  
• A subscription for sidelineHD livestreaming integration
  • $1.99/month
  • This is a Stalker Sport subscription, not sidelineHD

Connecting the Pocket Radar App to your sidelineHD team  

Before starting, make sure you have installed the Stalker Sport app and connected it to your radar gun. When the radar gun is in XMIT mode, you should see live velocity measurements on the screen.

1.  In the StalkerSport app, click the gear icon
2. Select the sidelineHD option
3. Turn on "Send live velocity feed to sidelineHD".  
   • If you haven't subscribed to this feature, you'll be prompted to activate a $1.99/month subscription. 
4. At the bottom of the screen will show a 15-character sidelineHD app code, click the copy icon to transfer it into your clipboard
5. Open the sidelineHD App
6. Log in to your sidelineHD Account
7. Select your Team Card
8. Select Settings from the top right on the team page
9. Select Stream Settings
10. Select Live Pitch Velocity
11. Paste the 15-character app code that you got from the Stalker App into the box
12. Enter your velocity range
    • This helps filter out incorrect readings, throwbacks, etc
13. Select Save

Game Day: Sending Velocities to sidelineHD

It's game day! Now that everything is set up, let's start sending those velocities to your livestream! Here's a couple things to note going into your stream:

Your phone must have an Internet connection.

1. Your phone with the Stalker Sport app must have an internet connection.
2. You must be livestreaming to sidelineHD.
3. Connect the Stalker Sport App to your radar unit
   • It's working when your screen shows the speed and a green "sidelineHD connected".
4. We recommend that you run the Stalker Sport App on top (not in the background) so that you can monitor the radar.

That's it! You should see the speeds displayed in the stream immediately after the pitch is thrown in the livestream!

How can I tell if sidelineHD is receiving my velo feed?

1. Login to your sidelineHD account 
2. Select your Team Card
3.  Select Settings
4. Select Stream Settings 

5. Select Live Pitch Velocity

   Here you'll see the last 5 velocity readings that were pulled from your Pocket Radar account
