Creating an Account

Phone Number

1. Select Get Started. 
2. Enter your US or Canadian Phone Number in the box for Phone Number
3. Enter auth code texted to your phone number
4. Enter your First Name, Last Name and email address.
5. Select the box to agree to Terms and Conditions
6. Select Start with Team creation or Claim a player
   • If you are being invited via phone number to be player manager, team manager or coach of an existing team or existing claimed player you will skip step 6

Google

1. Select Get Started. 
2. Select Sign Up With Google.
3. You will receive a notification that Diamond Kinetics wants to use your email. Select Continue.
4. Enter your Google Credentials and select Continue.
5. Enter your First Name and Last Name and US or Canadian phone number
6. Select the box to agree to Terms and Conditions
7. Select Start with Team creation or Claim a player
   • If you are being invited via phone number to be player manager, team manager or coach of an existing team or existing claimed player you will skip step 7

Facebook

1. Select Get Started. 
2. Select Sign Up With Facebook.
3. You will receive a notification that Diamond Kinetics wants to use your email. Select Continue.
4. Enter your Facebook Credentials and select Continue.
5. Enter your First Name and Last Name and US or Canadian phone number
6. Select the box to agree to Terms and Conditions
7. Select Start with Team creation or Claim a player
   • If you are being invited via phone number to be player manager, team manager or coach of an existing team or existing claimed player you will skip step 7

Apple

1. Select Get Started. 
2. Select Sign Up With Apple.
3. You will receive a notification that Diamond Kinetics wants to use your email. Select Continue.
4. Enter your Apple Credentials and select Continue.
5. Enter your First Name and Last Name and US or Canadian phone number
6. Check the box to agree to Terms and Conditions
7. Select Start with Team creation or Claim a player
   • If you are being invited via phone number to be player manager, team manager or coach of an existing team or player you will skip step 7

Account Roles

Let's take a quick moment to go through our sidelineHD account roles. Knowing what role you play for your player and/or team will help you get the full extent that all sidelineHD has to offer! This will also help you understand what we are referring to when reading our Help Center articles! We offer 3 different types of roles: Team Manager, Coach, and Player Manager

You are not locked into any account role (this is not an setting you choose, just how we refer to your account based on what you use sidelineHD for). 

• Team Manager — A Team Manager sees teams associated with their accounts. Team Managers are the only users that have streaming permissions to go live.
• Coach — Coaches will see the teams they coach under their accounts. Coaches cannot go live or score games. 
• Player Manager — Player Managers will see players associated with their accounts; they will not see teams; they will not see teams unless they also have a team-based role assigned.
   

Accounts can have multiple roles. For example, an account can be both a Player Manager and a Team Manager or Coach at the same time.

You are not locked into any account role (this is not a setting you choose, just how we refer to your account based on what you use sidelineHD for). You made hold multiple roles as a sidelineHD user! You could be a Team Manager while streaming and scoring and managing your team but also a Player Manager when viewing and managing your player's profile!
