There are (4) ways to create an account : Phone Number, Google, Facebook or Apple. Let's take a look at the account creation process for all (4) methods below: A US or Canadian phone number is required to create an sidelineHD account. We do not accept international phone numbers at this time
At SidelineHD, We Currently Offer Three Types Of Account Roles:
- Team Managers — Team Managers will see teams associated with their accounts.
- Coaches — Coaches will see the teams they coach under their accounts.
- Player Managers — Player Managers will see players associated with their accounts; they will not see teams; they will not see teams unless they also have a team-based role assigned.
- Accounts can have multiple roles. For example, an account can be both a Player Manager and a Team Manager or Coach at the same time.
At this time, we do not offer a “Team Follower” account option.
No account is required to watch streams on sidelineLIVE, Facebook or YouTube, just ask your team manager for the links where to watch live.
Creating Account With Phone Number:
- Select Get Started.
- Enter your US or Canadian Phone Number in the box for Phone Number
- Enter auth code texted to your phone number
- Enter your First Name, Last Name and email address.
- Select the box to agree to Terms and Conditions
- Select Start with Team creation or Claim a player
- If you are being invited via phone number to be player manager, team manager or coach of an existing team or existing claimed player you will skip step 6
Creating Account With Google:
- Select Get Started.
- Select Sign Up With Google.
- You will receive a notification that Diamond Kinetics wants to use your email. Select Continue.
- Enter your Google Credentials and select Continue.
- Enter your First Name and Last Name and US or Canadian phone number
- Select the box to agree to Terms and Conditions
- Select Start with Team creation or Claim a player
- If you are being invited via phone number to be player manager, team manager or coach of an existing team or existing claimed player you will skip step 7
Creating Account With Facebook:
- Select Get Started.
- Select Sign Up With Facebook.
- You will receive a notification that Diamond Kinetics wants to use your email. Select Continue.
- Enter your Facebook Credentials and select Continue.
- Enter your First Name and Last Name and US or Canadian phone number
- Select the box to agree to Terms and Conditions
- Select Start with Team creation or Claim a player
- If you are being invited via phone number to be player manager, team manager or coach of an existing team or existing claimed player you will skip step 7
Creating Account With Apple:
- Select Get Started.
- Select Sign Up With Apple.
- You will receive a notification that Diamond Kinetics wants to use your email. Select Continue.
- Enter your Apple Credentials and select Continue.
- Enter your First Name and Last Name and US or Canadian phone number
- Select the box to agree to Terms and Conditions
- Select Start with Team creation or Claim a player
- If you are being invited via phone number to be player manager, team manager or coach of an existing team or player you will skip step 7
You will need to reach out to our customer care team by submitting a ticket to update your account information.
Our customer care team can assist in merging multiple player profiles. Reach out to our customer care to submit a ticket, please include all player profile links and which one you would like the be the primary profile in your message.
You'll need to be invited to claim your player on the new team or you can request to claim the player from the team roster page if you have the team page URL.
When you go to claim your player, if signed into an account that already has a claimed player, we will ask you: Is this a new player or an existing player(Player Name)? If you choose existing player, the new player on the new team will be merged with your existing claimed player.
You'll need to submit a ticket to our customer care team for assistance. Please include screenshot of the login screen that shows the multiple accounts, along your account details such as emails and your phone number.
