Resetting your iScore should only be done as a last resort but can help if your iScore and sidelineHD get out of sync. Throughout these steps you will be deleting your iScore app so proceed with the instructions if you are comfortable deleting all stats and data scored on your iScore app.
Resetting your iScore takes 3 quick steps:
- Confirming your sidelineHD Roster
- Deleting and Redownloading the iScore App
- Re-syncing your Team to iScore
Confirming your sidelineHD Roster
- Login to your sidelineHD account
- Select the Team Card of the team you paired to iScore
- Confirm that all of your players' names and jersey numbers are accurate
Deleting and Redownloading the iScore App
- Delete the iScore app from your phone or tablet
- Re-download the iScore app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store
Warning!
You are about to delete iScore, Proceed with these steps only if you are comfortable deleting all stats and data scored on your iScore app. This is permanent and CANNOT be reversed.
Re-syncing your Team to iScore
- Navigate to your Team Page on the sidelineHD website
- Select Settings
- Select Scoring Settings
- Select Pair iScore
- Select Transfer roster to iScore
- Follow all the steps provided to transfer your sidelineHD team to iScore, including creating a game
- Create a fake game on iScore with your new team by going to Game Manager on the iScore app and selecting Add.
- Put in your new team as either the Home or Away team.
- Select the Done button in sidelineHD in the iScore pairing flow.
- Go to your Schedule Tab on your sidelineHD team page.
You can then check to see if your recently created game appears. iScore should start to sync as you open the page, but you can force a sync but tapping the sync button.
