Cancelling your Subscription

Please keep in mind, your subscription will need to be cancelled in the location where you purchased it, whether it's the Apple Store, Google Play Store or purchased on the sidelineHD site. Below you'll find instructions for each subscription location.

sidelinePRO Subscription:

Cancelling on sidelineHD Website

1. Login to your sidelineHD account at sidelinehd.com
2. In the upper right corner, select your avatar icon
3. Select Manage Your Account
4. Select your Pro Access subscription information
5. Select Cancel Membership
6. Select Cancel Now
7. Select Done
    

Cancelling through Apple

Cancelling through Google Play

If you don't see your sidelineHD subscription in your Google or Apple purchases, this indicates you purchased it using the web. You'll need to log in to your sidelineHD account at sidelinehd.com to cancel the subscription through a web browser

sidelinePRO For Teams:

The sidelinePRO for Teams subscription is an annual, non-renewing subscription per team. Once purchased, access to sidelinePRO for Teams will remain active for one full year from the purchase date for that team. This subscription will not renew at the end of that one year period.

sidelinePRO For Teams subscriptions cannot be cancelled, it will automatically expire 1 year from the date of purchase. sidelinePRO For Teams subscription is a non-refundable subscription. For more information, please visit our Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy.
