Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

SidelinePRO:

Subscription Terms:

By subscribing to SidelinePRO, you authorize Diamond Kinetics to charge the applicable subscription fee ($5.99USD/monthly or $35.99USD/annually) to any payment method on your account, based on the terms, until you cancel. To avoid charges cancel up to 48 hours before billing date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

You can cancel your sidelinePRO subscription at any time however, you will maintain access to your subscription through the end of your billing period. If you believe you have been billed in error for a sidelinePRO subscription purchase or renewal, please notify our Customer Care team within three (3) days of the billing date to be eligible for a refund. Any refund request submitted after this 3-day window will not be eligible for a refund. Diamond Kinetics and sidelineHD will not issue refunds or credits after the expiration of this 3 day period. 

How to Request a Refund:

If you believe you were charged in error or would like to request a refund within the eligible timeframe, please contact our support team as soon as possible by submitting a ticket or by sending an email at support@sidelinehd.com.

Please note, Diamond Kinetics and sidelineHD do not have the ability to modify or refund subscriptions started through Apple or Google Play Store as the entire process and transaction is handled by Apple themselves.

SidelinePRO for Teams Subscriptions:

Subscription Terms:

The sidelinePRO for Teams subscription is an annual, non-renewing subscription per team. Once purchased, access to sidelinePRO for Teams will remain active for one full year from the purchase date for that team. This subscription will not renew at the end of that one year period.

The sideline PRO for Teams subscription is tied to the purchasing team only. This subscription cannot be transferred to another team under any circumstances. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All sidelinePRO for Teams subscriptions are non-refundable. 

Subscriptions are billed upfront at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled for a refund once the purchase is complete.
