I Can't See my Clips

If you're trying to view clips for a sport other than Baseball, Softball or Volleyball and having issues, please reach out to our Customer Care team. 

For Baseball, Softball and Volleyball, clips and highlights are part of the sidelinePRO subscription and require a Player Manager to subscribe in order to view them for a player profile. 

If you're seeing locks on your player's clips, subscribe to sidelinePRO to unlock them!

Can I download clips?
 
Yes, you can download clips using the download button. If you are using a web browser to view and download your clips, they will save to your devices download folder. You'll need to go into your downloads folder to save them to your camera roll. If you are using the app, the clips automatically save to your camera roll.

SLHD TIP

Only one Player Manager needs to subscribe to unlock the player's clips. Subscribing to sidelinePRO unlcoks the clips from every team your player is on.
