In this article, we will describe the two levels of team staff and how to invite or edit team staff
Each sidelineHD team can have up to 2 additional team managers for a total of 3.
Team Managers have the same privileges as the initial team manager (livestreamer) and have full access
Teams can have up to 2 Coaches.
You can add, remove, or change a staff member's role at any time.
Team Managers can do the following and have full access to your team information.
- Add players to the roster
- Insert player phone numbers to facilitate player claiming process
- Designate players inactive
- Link the sidelineHD streaming destination (FB or YT) using personal login credentials with admin access
- Create and Delete games
- Score Games
- Go Live
- Link or unlink pocket radar!
- Modify the Team profile (team logo, team name, team handle, and more!)
- Create new teams
- Add and configure their own camera (stream key/url)
Coaches have access to all team-level content, but cannot stream, score games or make any changes to the team. There is no need for a user to be a Coach and a Team Manager
Adding Team Staff:
- Login to your sidelineHD account
- Select your Team Card
- Select Settings in the top right of the team page
- Select Team Staff
- Select Add Staff
- Enter a phone number to invite
- Select a Role ( Manager or Coach) - adds a check mark into the box.
- Select Send Invitation
Editing Team Staff:
To manage your staff, simply edit your staff list. From there, you can remove a staff member or update their role.
- Login to your sidelineHD account
- Select your Team Card
- Select Settings in the top right of the team page
- Select Team Staff
- Select Edit Next to the staff member you want to edit
- To remove a staff member select Remove Staff Member
- To change the user from one role to another, unselect the box of their current role, and select the new role
- Select Save
