5/1/2026 We've recently become aware of an outage affecting iScore, more specifically iScoreCentral / iScorecast feeds. Please note that iScore is a third party scoring solution. While integrated with our platform, it is not owned by or affiliated with sidelineHD and Diamond Kinetics.
Until iScore resolves this issue, to continue getting scoreboards and clips for your games, we suggest unpairing iScore and switching to sidelineSCORE.
If you use iScore and are not seeing scoreboards, this is because there is currently an outage with iScore Central. Please reach out to iScore support support@iscoresports.com.
Unpairing iScore:
- Login to your sidelineHD account
- Navigate to your team page
- Select Settings on the right-hand side
- Select Scoring Settings from the left-hand menu

Select unpair iScore
Getting Started with sidelineSCORE:
- On the Schedules tab of your Team page, select the game you are looking to score
- If you haven't created the game yet, Create a Game by selecting + Add Game
- Select Start Scoring
