Streaming Destinations
You have the ability to stream to several locations using sidelineHD. click on the links below to learn more about which streaming destination works best for your team!
- sidelineLIVE - Every team on sidelineHD has a sidelineLIVE link that remains the same for every game. Share this link once with your audience and they are set! sidelineLIVE is only available to view LIVE games.
- YouTube - YouTube is a great user-friendly streaming destination; providing high quality, live DVR, stream privacy settings and multiple viewing destinations (YouTube app & Smart TVs).
- Facebook Profile - Streaming to your Facebook Profile is a great option to get streaming quickly! However, keep in mind these videos are only viewable for 30 days after the stream.
- Facebook Page - Streaming to a Facebook Page is a great option if you want a location your fan base can interact. However, streaming to a Facebook Page does have some setup restrictions and these video are only viewable for 30 days after the stream.
Sharing your sidelineLIVE link: ( the sidelineLIVE feed is only available while live)
- Login to your sidelineHD Account
- Select your Team Card
- Select the Settings button at the top right of the your team page
- Select Stream Settings
- Select Stream Publishing
- Your sidelineLIVE link is at the top of this page
- There is a share button next to your sidelineLIVE feed. This link is always the same.
- Press Share to copy the link to your clipboard, and paste it into any team chat, message, or anywhere you'd like. If the stream is live, and your fans go to this page, the stream will load; if you are not live, they will be redirected to your team page.
Using the Share Tool Built Inside sidelineSCORE:
This tool uses your phone's native share or a copy-paste tool for a streamlined experience, so you can stay connected where you audience is
You can share the game link, YouTube link, or Facebook link anywhere.
Once the stream is live and you’ve started scoring the game:
Tap the Share button (bottom right corner) when scoring in sidelineSCORE.
If the stream is live and published to its destination (FB Page/Profile or YouTube), you’ll see the links.

Share the link:
Option A: Tap Copy Link to copy the stream or game page link to your clipboard. Then paste it into your team chat, group message, Facebook post, etc.
Option B: Tap Share Link to use your device’s native share options.

Choose the app, person, or group you want to share with.
If you don’t see the app (e.g., Facebook), swipe to the right, tap MORE, find the app, and make it a favorite so it always appears.
Select Done to return to the share screen.

This tool utilizes your phone’s native share function or copy-paste tools for a streamlined experience, ensuring you can stay connected where your audience is. Note: In this example, we're using the sharing tool to share the link to a YouTube stream directly to a FB Group!
How to share your stream to Facebook Group:

Press the SHARE button (bottom right hand corner) when scoring a game in sidelineSCORE.
If the game is live and already at it's destination (FB Page, Profile, or YT), you will see the links to the streams!
- Press the Copy Link button to copy the stream link or game page link to your clipboard. Click the Share Link button to open your devices native share option.
- If you cannot find the Facebook button in the apps section, swipe all the way to the left, press the MORE button, find and make Facebook a favorite so it shows up! Press done to go back to the native share page.

Press Facebook and choose Groups. (Note: this will only show if the FB app is downloaded on your device!)
- Choose the group (you can use the search bar if you have several) and select your group and click post! Your stream is now shared!
