These details will walk you through the steps to find your RTMP information and connect your third-party app (Mevo, GoPro, Larix, etc.) to sidelineHD.
Finding your RTMP information in sidelineHD:
- Login to your sidelineHD account
- Select your Team Card
- At the top right of your team page, select Settings
- Select Stream Settings
- Select Camera Settings

Select the Three Dots to the right of your camera
- If you do not already have a camera enabled here select one of the four presets to select your camera

Select Advanced Settings
- Here you'll find your Advanced Camera settings including your Stream URL and your Stream Key that will make up your RTMP information
Once you have your RTMP information, you can use it to configure your camera by inputting the RTMP information follow along below!
SLHD TIP: RTMP vs RTMPS
This is an RTMPS key. Some platforms do better with RTMP (unencrypted stream) instead of RTMPS.
To convert to RTMP URL, make these manual edits to the Stream URL:
1. Replace rtmps:// with rtmp://
2. Replace :443 with :1935
Inputting your RTMP:
Once you have your RTMP information from the sidelineHD app, you'll need to use it to configure your camera! Your RTMP configuration may be presented differently based on the camera type you are using (Mevo, GoPro, etc.)
Mevo Streaming
If you are streaming with RTMP to a Mevo camera, we suggest follow these instructions from Mevo to get setup streaming with an RTMP!
GoPro Streaming
If you are streaming with RTMP to a GoPRO camera, we suggest follow these instructions from GoPRO to get setup! Make sure to scroll down to Live Stream Using an RTMP URL!
