Streaming with Larix Broadcaster

In this article, we walk you through the steps of pairing your Larix Broadcaster app with sidelineHD. The Larix app is no longer needed since the development of the sidelineHD App. However, it is still an option that still choose to use it.  A subscription is required to use the Larix app.

While we do support the Larix Broadcaster app, it is not needed to livestream with sidelineHD. Larix requires an additional subscription for livestreaming to get the most out of the experience. For these reasons, we highly recommend using the sidelineHD app over Larix Broadcaster app. Learn more about the sidelineHD App here.

This is especially important if you have more than one team. You can do so by going to your Camera settings in the sidelineHD app and ensure the correct team is listed in the dropdown when you select Edit Camera

  1. Open the Larix Broadcaster app on your streaming device.
  2. Select the Record button (White Circle)

If it works correctly, you should receive a stream-up text message about 30 seconds later!
