In this article, we will walk through how to score an error using Advanced Scoring in Baseball and Softball.

SLHD TIP
When Full Defensive Stats is enabled, players must be assigned to the correct defensive positions to receive credit for defensive stats.
Learn how to enter starting defensive positions or edit defensive positions during the game.
How to Score
- Select Ball in Play
- Tap on the screen where the ball was hit (if enabled)
- Select if this was Ground ball, Fly ball or Line Drive or Bunt
- Select Error
- Identify the defensive players involved in the play.
- If Full Defensive Stats is turned off: Select the defensive players involved from the list by name to tag them for credit.
- If Full Defensive Stats is turned on: Players assigned to the corresponding defensive positions will be tagged automatically. Make sure your defensive positions
- Select Finish
SLHD TIP
If you add the opponents lineup you will be prompted to tag the opponents players when your player is out, but you can skip the tag by scrolling to the bottom and selecting skip.
If you don't enter your opponents lineup, you will only be prompted to tag players in when your team is fielding.
